Your role in our mission
Lead the design and development of enterprise-wide training programs, including high-stakes or complex initiatives.
Mentor junior instructional designers and contribute to team development.
Drive innovation in instructional design, implementing cutting-edge tools and methodologies such as video and eLearning module creation.
Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to create scalable and impactful learning experiences.
Manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and timeliness.
Design and develop engaging instructional materials for eLearning, virtual classrooms, and instructor-led training.
Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with SMEs to identify learning objectives.
Create storyboards, course content, and assessments aligned with organizational goals.
Ensure training materials are interactive, visually appealing, and accessible.
Facilitates course delivery as needed, particularly during Trainer the Trainer sessions and the introduction of new courses to ensure proper delivery of new training materials and monitor early feedback for course improvement.
What We're Looking For
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent
5+ years of experience in instructional design, training, learning and development
Proficiency in advanced instructional design techniques, principles, models and eLearning tools (e.g. Articulate, Captivate)
Experience with SCORM, xAPI, and LMS integrations.
Experience managing large-scale or complex projects.
Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
Other Qualifications
Communication skills to develop training manuals and procedures
Good interpersonal skills for interacting with team members and learners
Presentation skills to train and educate employees
Personal computer and business solutions software skills
Good analytical and creative problem solving skills
Good multi-media and desktop software skills to design training materials
Project management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Ability to quickly absorb large amounts of information and reduce to teachable segments
What You Should Expect In This Role
Opportunity work remote from anywhere in the US

The pay range for this position is $64,500.00 - $92,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
