HIL Modeling and Simulation Expert (Energy Storage 3S Direction)

Ampace (新能安) is a global battery-technology company specializing in lithium-ion cells and systems for energy storage, data centers, and critical power. Our R&D pairs advanced cell chemistry with semi-solid-state technology to deliver safe, high-performance batteries at scale. This position is based at our R&D center in Xiamen, China.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop source/grid/load/storage models — PV, wind, battery, PCS primary circuit, grid and auxiliary equipment, communication nodes, AC/DC loads — and run HIL testing.
2. Run electromechanical and electromagnetic transient simulation to ensure product market compliance.
3. Develop and analyze control and protection strategies for grid-tied renewables, energy-storage systems, and power-electronic converters.
4. Model 3S application scenarios — typical operation, daily operation, disturbance and fault — and build BMS/PCS/EMS controller-equivalent models.
5. Guide functional commissioning and real-time simulation validation, improving model fidelity and product strategy.
Requirements:
1. PhD in Power Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
2. Proficiency with at least one mainstream HIL platform (OPAL-RT RT-LAB, dSPACE SCALEXIO, NI PXI+VeriStand, RTDS), including model compilation, multi-core allocation, and step-size optimization.
3. Familiarity with at least one simulation tool (MATLAB/Simulink, ADPSS, PSCAD, DIgSILENT, PSS/E, RT-LAB).
4. Power-electronics simulation experience across wind, PV, storage, inverters, and DC/AC supplies.
5. Solid power-electronics and control theory; grid-tie, storage, or converter control-protection experience preferred.

岗位职责
负责光伏、风电、电池、PCS一次回路、电网及辅助设备、通信节点、交直流负载等源-网-荷-储系统模型开发，并开展硬件在环（HIL）测试。
开展机电暂态及电磁暂态仿真分析，确保产品满足目标市场相关标准及并网要求。
负责新能源并网、储能系统及电力电子变换器的控制策略与保护策略开发及仿真分析。
建立源-网-荷-储（3S）系统在典型运行、日常运行、扰动及故障等场景下的仿真模型，构建BMS、PCS、EMS控制器等效模型。
指导系统功能调试及实时仿真验证，持续提升模型精度和产品控制策略。
任职要求
电力电子、电气工程等相关专业博士学历。
熟练掌握至少一种主流硬件在环（HIL）仿真平台，如 OPAL-RT RT-LAB、dSPACE SCALEXIO、NI PXI + VeriStand、RTDS，具备模型编译、多核资源分配及仿真步长优化经验。
熟悉至少一种电力系统仿真软件，如 MATLAB/Simulink、ADPSS、PSCAD、DIgSILENT、PSS®E、RT-LAB 等。
具备风电、光伏、储能、逆变器、交直流电源等电力电子系统仿真经验。
具备扎实的电力电子及控制理论基础，有新能源并网、储能系统或电力电子变换器控制与保护开发经验者优先。
