Qualifications
Strong proficiency in SolidWorks for 3D modeling, assemblies, and detailed technical drawings.
Hands-on experience with SolidCAM, including toolpath generation, CNC programming, and machining optimization.
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably in rubber products, tooling, or related industrial components.
Ability to interpret engineering specifications, tolerances, and industry standards, with attention to accuracy and quality.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with production, engineering, and quality teams on-site.
Proven ability to manage full-time project workloads, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field is preferred.
Prior experience in an industrial or consumer goods manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
