Role Description The Cambridge faculty member will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Cambridge curriculum, ensuring clear learning objectives and measurable outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and teaching materials, assessing student work, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate academic records. The role involves collaborating with colleagues on curriculum development, participating in school events, supporting student wellbeing, and communicating regularly with parents and guardians about student progress. The faculty member will also contribute to co-curricular and enrichment activities that foster critical thinking and global perspectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based at British International School in Jaipur.
Qualifications
Strong subject-matter expertise in the relevant Cambridge curriculum area, with the ability to teach at appropriate grade levels.
Demonstrated skills in lesson planning, classroom management, and learner-centered teaching methodologies.
Proficiency in assessing student performance, designing assessments, and using data to improve learning outcomes.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Ability to integrate educational technology and digital tools into teaching and learning effectively.

Commitment to inclusive education, student wellbeing, and creating a respectful, motivating classroom environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Education or in the relevant subject area; a teaching qualification and prior Cambridge or international school experience are highly desirable.
