Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
Previous experience in team leadership, coordination, training, or supervision.
Familiarity with school operations, admissions processes, and student enrollment.
Proficient in CRM platforms, student information systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor enrollment metrics and develop data-driven strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage end-to-end admissions operations to achieve student enrollment targets.
Lead, supervise, coach, and develop the Admissions team to ensure individual and team performance.
Monitor applicant conversion rates, recruitment pipelines, and admissions performance against established targets.
Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve recruitment, applicant engagement, and enrollment conversion.
Ensure timely responses, follow-ups, and excellent customer service for prospective students and parents.
Maintain accurate CRM records, admissions reports, and applicant information.
Collaborate with Marketing, Academics, Registrar, Finance, and other departments to ensure a seamless admissions experience.
Identify opportunities to streamline admissions processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
