Role Description The Junior Architect will support the design and execution of architectural projects from concept through completion in the Pune Division. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing design concepts, assisting in the development of architectural drawings and 3D models, coordinating with senior architects and consultants, and supporting documentation for approvals and construction. The role involves site visits, preparing presentations, and ensuring that design intent is maintained during project execution. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring regular presence at the office and project locations within Pune.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and models.
Experience or familiarity with Software Development and Integration in the context of architectural tools, BIM platforms, or design workflows.
Basic Project Management skills, including task planning, coordination with stakeholders, and maintaining project documentation.
Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and competence with presentation tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and spatial visualization abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
Willingness to learn, take feedback constructively, and adapt to project requirements and timelines.
