Role Description The Verification Specialist is a full-time, remote role based in Pakistan. In this position, the specialist reviews and verifies information and documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting insurance or eligibility checks where applicable, performing formal verification procedures, updating records in internal systems, and resolving discrepancies through research and follow-up. The role involves regular communication with customers, clients, and internal teams to clarify information, answer questions, and provide status updates. The Verification Specialist also supports process improvements by identifying recurring issues and suggesting enhancements to workflows and documentation standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to review data, identify inconsistencies, and make sound verification decisions.
Candidates should possess insurance verification skills and related experience in eligibility checks or benefits confirmation, where applicable.
Candidates should possess formal verification skills, including the ability to follow structured procedures, apply policies, and maintain compliance standards.
Candidates should possess excellent communication and customer service skills for interacting with customers, clients, and internal stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort using office productivity tools and verification or CRM systems; experience with insurance or financial platforms is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in business, insurance, or a related field is beneficial.
Prior experience in a verification, billing, insurance, or customer service role is preferred.
