Role Description This is a full-time, on-site SAP Business One role based in Bengaluru. The role involves configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP Business One solutions to meet client business needs across finance, operations, and master data management. Responsibilities include analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, mapping process flows to SAP functionalities, and preparing functional specifications. The role also includes performing system testing, supporting data migration, maintaining master data integrity, and providing user training and post-implementation support. The SAP Business One professional will collaborate with consultants, technical teams, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of business processes and domain workflows across finance, supply chain, and operations.
Proficient analytical skills to translate business requirements into effective SAP Business One configurations and solutions.
Consulting capabilities, including stakeholder management, requirement gathering, documentation, and solution presentation.
Hands-on experience with SAP Business One; exposure to SAP FICO or related SAP modules is an advantage.
Knowledge of master data structures, data governance, and maintenance of clean and consistent master data in SAP systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; relevant SAP certifications are preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively in a project environment, manage priorities, and meet deadlines on client engagements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to document processes and training materials clearly.
Prior experience in SAP implementation or support projects, especially in consulting or IT services organizations, is beneficial.
