Role Description The Sourcing Team Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane, responsible for leading a team focused on sourcing and attracting high-caliber talent across Lodha’s portfolio. This role oversees the end-to-end sourcing process, including identifying candidate pipelines, managing outreach, and coordinating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to meet workforce requirements. The Sourcing Team Leader will monitor sourcing performance metrics, optimize channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, and ensure alignment with employer branding and talent acquisition strategies. Day-to-day activities include coaching team members, reviewing candidate profiles, maintaining accurate talent databases, and contributing to continuous improvement of hiring processes. The role also involves collaborating with HR and business leaders to anticipate future talent needs and support strategic hiring initiatives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to support comprehensive talent acquisition activities.
Candidates should possess proven experience in Interviewing and Hiring to evaluate talent effectively and make sound selection decisions.
Candidates should possess capabilities in Employer Branding to promote Lodha as an employer of choice across relevant talent markets.
Candidates should possess leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding sourcing or recruiting teams.
Candidates should possess strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration abilities to work with business and HR partners.
Candidates should possess analytical and reporting skills to track sourcing performance, optimize channels, and use data for decision-making.
Candidates should possess familiarity with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and professional networking platforms.
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, and experience in real estate or large-scale organizations, would be beneficial.
