To provide administrative support to product and sales team.

Key Accountabilities
Assist project management and timely implementation of new fund launches and registrations, fund modifications and fund mergers/closures under its scope;
Assist and co-ordinate the overall new product development process from initial idea generation to the product delivery and to ensure the effective launch and ongoing management of our products;
Analyze product trends and understand the distribution dynamics of both onshore and offshore markets;
Assist in paper work.
Qualifications & Attributes
Diligent and pay attention to details
Demonstrated ability to apply AI-driven solutions to streamline business processes and enhance productivity will be highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills and team player
Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in the fast-moving environment of capital markets
Solid PC knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint)
