About the Role
We are looking for a high-potential Management Trainee – MT-2 who wants to build a career in business, strategy, operations, sales, and execution.
This is not a traditional trainee role. You will work closely with senior leadership and get exposure to real business problems, decision-making, negotiations, cross-functional execution, and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Work directly with leadership on high-priority business projects
Take ownership of projects from problem identification to execution
Support business development, sales, partnerships, procurement, and operations
Conduct market and competitor research
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, presentations, and business analysis
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, clients, and external partners
Handle calls, negotiations, follow-ups, and commercial discussions
Identify gaps and proactively develop solutions
Track project timelines, targets, and outcomes
Use AI tools to improve research, analysis, reporting, presentations, and productivity
Work across multiple functions in a fast-paced startup environment
