Role Description The E&I Candidate will support Electrical and Instrumentation activities for IOCL Panipat and CFCL Kota projects, while being based on-site in Gorakhpur in a full-time capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with installation, testing, inspection, and maintenance of electrical and instrumentation systems, following project guidelines and safety standards. The role involves coordinating with senior engineers and site supervisors, documenting work progress, and reporting any technical issues or faults. The candidate will be expected to comply with all safety procedures, use tools and equipment responsibly, and contribute to the smooth execution of project tasks. Participation in basic troubleshooting, adherence to schedules, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams are key parts of the role.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of electrical systems, instrumentation basics, and industrial safety practices.
Candidates should possess practical skills in using standard electrical and instrumentation tools, reading basic technical drawings, and following standard operating procedures.
Candidates should possess strong observation, documentation, and problem-solving skills to support inspections, testing activities, and reporting.
Candidates should possess good teamwork, communication, and time management skills to work effectively with engineers, supervisors, and co-workers on-site.
Relevant technical diploma or ITI in Electrical, Instrumentation, or related discipline is preferred; prior experience in industrial or plant environments will be an added advantage.
Candidates should be willing to work on-site in Gorakhpur, follow all safety regulations, and adapt to shift-based work if required.
