Role Description The Senior Business Analyst role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mohali district. The Senior Business Analyst will analyze business processes, gather and document requirements from stakeholders, and translate them into clear, actionable plans for cross-functional teams. This role includes evaluating data and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for operational improvement, and recommending solutions that support strategic goals in the home healthcare and assisted living space. The Senior Business Analyst will collaborate closely with leadership, operations, technology, and customer support teams to streamline workflows, enhance service delivery, and support scalable growth. The role also involves preparing reports and presentations, facilitating review meetings, and ensuring that implemented changes align with business objectives and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
Demonstrated expertise in Business Analysis and Business Requirements gathering to translate stakeholder needs into clear specifications.
Experience in Business Process mapping, optimization, and documentation to improve efficiency and service quality.
Excellent Communication skills for stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and clear reporting.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in a business analyst or similar role, preferably in healthcare, healthtech, logistics, or service operations.
Proficiency with business analysis tools, data visualization platforms, and productivity software (e.g., Excel, Zoho Analytics, Biq Query, N8N, Supabase, Claude, project management tools).
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-growing environment.
Comfort working on-site in the Mohali and collaborating closely with operational and customer-facing teams.
