10XForce AI builds automation and AI agents for nonprofits on Salesforce. We work on NPSP and Agentforce Nonprofit (formerly Nonprofit Cloud), and we help organisations plan and carry out the move from one to the other. Our clients are nonprofits in the US and Canada, and we work with their teams remotely through a weekly rhythm: one call, builds in their sandbox, a written update they review.
The role
You'll be the hands-on admin on client orgs: understanding how a nonprofit actually raises and tracks money, then configuring Salesforce so their team can rely on it. Expect to own work from discovery to handover, with a named client contact and a small delivery team behind you.
What you'll do
Configure and maintain client orgs on NPSP and Agentforce Nonprofit: objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, permission sets and sharing.
Build and test Flows, and decide with the team when a task should be a Flow, an agent or left to a person.
Support NPSP → Agentforce Nonprofit migrations: map data from Opportunities, Recurring Donations and Households to Gift Transactions, Gift Commitments and Person Accounts, and check what breaks.
Help configure Agentforce agents, including topics, actions and the guardrails they ship with.
Run readiness audits on existing orgs and write findings clients can act on.
Write clear documentation and handover notes, and keep change control tidy.
Join weekly client calls and explain changes in plain language to non-technical staff.
What we're looking for
5+ years as a Salesforce Administrator, with at least 2 years on nonprofit orgs.
Solid working knowledge of NPSP: households, recurring donations, soft credits, rollups and gift entry.
Confident building and debugging Flows.
Salesforce Certified Administrator (required). Advanced Administrator or Nonprofit Cloud Consultant is a plus.
Clear written English and comfort working directly with client staff.
Able to overlap with North American working hours window.
Nice to have
Hands-on Agentforce Nonprofit (Nonprofit Cloud) implementation experience.
Agentforce configuration, or experience with Claudeforce or other AI tooling in Salesforce.
Data migration tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard or similar).
Experience with integrations common in the sector (payment processors, email platforms, form tools).
