About the role
This role leads BrightNight’s integrated corporate marketing and communications function and partners closely with the CEO and senior leaders. It turns company strategy, projects, technology, and market opportunities into clear positioning and coordinated programs.
What you’ll lead:
Corporate narrative, positioning, messaging, brand standards, and the annual and quarterly MarCom plan.
Corporate communications, announcements, national and trade media relations, executive visibility, thought leadership, and reputation support.
Integrated campaigns and content for customers, partners, industry audiences, talent, and financial stakeholders, in partnership with Commercial, People, Finance, and Investor Relations.
Corporate channels and publishing, including website, social, newsletters, presentations, and other priority content.
Agency relationships, budgets, operating processes, and measurement of audience engagement, reputation, and business contribution.
What you’ll bring:
Approximately 15 years in marketing communications, corporate affairs, brand, public relations, or a related field, including at least 3 years in a comparable corporate MarCom leadership role.
A record of building corporate brands and translating complex business, technical, or commercial topics into clear messaging.
Strong writing and editing, executive counsel, media-relations, planning, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Experience in energy, infrastructure, technology, or another complex B2B or growth-oriented business is valuable.
