This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Systems Support Engineer (Node) based in India.
This role is focused on ensuring the reliability, stability, and operational performance of complex application environments. You will combine systems support, incident management, debugging, monitoring, and DevOps practices to keep critical applications running effectively. The position offers the opportunity to work with modern cloud platforms, containerized environments, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tooling. You will investigate business-impacting incidents, identify root causes, and implement sustainable corrective actions.
