About The Role

We're looking for professional Italian-speaking voice actors and voice-over artists to record high-quality vocal performances and evaluate AI-generated speech — helping frontier AI systems sound more natural, expressive, and authentically human.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just a commanding Italian voice, professional recording experience, and a sharp ear for quality.

What You'll Do
Record high-quality Italian voice performances based on provided scripts and creative prompts
Evaluate AI-generated Italian speech for naturalness, pronunciation, expressiveness, and tone
Provide clear, constructive feedback to help improve AI-generated audio outputs
Review and refine scripts to ensure clarity, flow, and authentic-sounding delivery
Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
Fluent in Italian with a natural, confident speaking voice
Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or similar fields
Owner of a high-quality microphone and access to a quiet, controlled recording environment
Skilled at delivering clear, expressive, and engaging vocal performances across different styles and registers
Detail-oriented when assessing pronunciation, tone, cadence, and overall speech quality
No prior AI or tech experience required
Nice to Have
Experience with home studio recording and audio editing
Familiarity with different Italian regional accents or dialects
Background in broadcasting, theatre, e-learning narration, or commercial voice-over
Prior exposure to audio quality evaluation or localization work
