Must Have
15+ years QA / Quality Engineering experience.
5+ years QA Architecture / Automation Architecture experience.
Strong automation framework design and implementation experience.
Strong API testing and automation experience.
Strong CI/CD experience with Jenkins / GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps / GitLab.
Strong programming experience in Java / Python / JavaScript / TypeScript.
Hands-on Selenium / Playwright / Cypress or equivalent.
Experience designing reusable, scalable automation frameworks.
Strong Agile, DevOps and cloud application knowledge.
Good to Have
AWS, Docker / Kubernetes.
JMeter / LoadRunner or equivalent.
Accessibility / OWASP security testing.
SQL / ETL / Data Lake testing.
AI-assisted testing / GenAI.
Core Web Vitals.
Real Estate / Mortgage platform experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Own technical QA strategy, test architecture and Quality Engineering roadmap.
Design scalable automation frameworks across UI, API, integration and regression.
Define automation, test data, test management and reporting standards.
Integrate automated testing and quality gates into CI/CD pipelines.
Define smoke, regression, API, accessibility and performance quality gates.
Establish automation prioritization and regression automation roadmap.
Evaluate QA tools, frameworks and emerging AI-assisted testing capabilities.
Provide technical guidance for performance, security, accessibility and data testing.
