We are looking for a Site Engineer with hands-on experience in Silo Erection to manage site execution and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and as per drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise silo erection, installation and site execution.
Manage daily manpower, work progress and material requirements.
Read and understand engineering/erection drawings and ensure work is executed accordingly.
Coordinate with contractors, workers, vendors, clients and internal project teams.
Monitor quality, safety and project timelines at site.
Prepare daily progress reports and highlight site issues/delays.
Ensure proper coordination for material, tools and equipment required for erection.
Candidate Requirements
2-3 years of relevant experience in Silo Erection / Steel Erection / Industrial Site Execution.
Hands-on experience with Grain Silos or similar steel storage structures preferred.
Good knowledge of site execution, drawings and erection activities.
Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills.
Valid Passport - Mandatory.
Willingness to travel and work at domestic and international project sites.
Only candidates with relevant Silo / Steel Erection / Industrial Project experience will be considered.
