Business Analyst - Founder's Office

Role Overview :
We are looking for a highly analytical and business-driven Business Analyst to join our core team. This full-time role offers direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making. You will play a key role in analyzing business performance, driving insights, supporting strategy, and enabling data-backed growth initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analytics & Reporting
● Analyze business, product, and operational data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
● Design and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and performance trackers.
● Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reporting.
● Automate reporting and analytics workflows using Python and Advanced Excel.
● Track and monitor key business KPIs and present insights to leadership.
● Utilize AI tools to improve analytical efficiency and decision support.
Strategy & Research
● Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry analysis within the edtech and higher education space.
● Support leadership in strategic planning, forecasting, and decision-making with data-driven insights.
● Evaluate new business models, growth initiatives, and expansion opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Work closely with product, marketing, sales, and operations teams to support strategic initiatives.
● Translate business requirements into analytical frameworks and actionable insights.
● Prepare presentations, executive summaries, and business cases for internal and external stakeholders.
● Drive problem-solving for high-impact, cross-functional projects.
Eligibility & Skills
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
● Strong foundation in business analysis, data interpretation, and market research.
● Mandatory proficiency in SQL, Python, and Advanced Excel.
● Experience with dashboards, KPIs, and performance analysis.
● Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
● Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
