Key Responsibilities
• Own functional solutions across Oracle Fusion Projects, Project Billing & AR
• Configure and support Project Financial Management, project costing, accounting and project structures
• Lead Project Billing configuration including billing methods, billing plans, billing rates and invoice generation
• Handle T&M, Fixed Price and Milestone-based billing scenarios
• Configure and support Oracle Fusion Accounts Receivable, including AutoInvoice, receipts, adjustments and reconciliation
• Manage integration between Projects, Project Billing, AR and GL
• Drive end-to-end O2C / Project-to-Cash process design and troubleshooting
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, SIT, UAT and deployment
• Support data migration, reconciliation, cutover and quarterly Oracle release activities
• Work closely with Finance, Business and Technical teams to resolve complex functional and integration issues
• Act as a functional SME and provide guidance/mentoring to junior consultants
🔹 Must-Have Skills
✅ 8–12+ years of Oracle ERP Functional experience
✅ Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud
✅ Excellent expertise in Oracle Projects + Project Billing + Accounts Receivable
✅ Strong understanding of O2C / Project-to-Cash business processes
✅ Experience in at least one end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation
✅ Strong configuration and troubleshooting experience
✅ Good understanding of Oracle accounting flows and Subledger-to-GL integration
✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
