👨‍⚕️ Position: Health Claim Adjudicator
📍 Location: Thane – Head Office of the Insurance Company

🎓 Qualification:
BHMS
BAMS
MBBS
💼 Experience:
Minimum 1 year in:
Health Claim Processing
Health Claim Adjudication
Health Claim Investigation
Medical Claim Assessment
📋 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Accurate & errorless health claim adjudication
✔️ Review medical records, bills, investigation reports & discharge summaries
✔️ Assess diagnosis, treatment, hospitalization & medical documentation
✔️ Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies & potential fraud indicators
✔️ Follow insurer SOPs, guidelines & quality parameters
✔️ Achieve daily productivity & quality targets
✔️ Maintain defined TAT & high accuracy standards
🎯 Ideal Candidate:
✔️ Strong medical knowledge
✔️ Good understanding of health insurance claims
✔️ Excellent analytical & document-review skills
✔️ High attention to detail
✔️ Comfortable in a high-volume, target-oriented environment
