Senior Wealth Manager

The Opportunity
The Indian wealth creation landscape is undergoing unprecedented growth, and we are expanding our wealth management franchise to lead this shift.
We are seeking a high-caliber Wealth Manager – Distribution Products to drive portfolio advisory, asset allocation, and product distribution for High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), Ultra-HNIs, and Family Offices. In this role, you will leverage an institutional-grade platform, research, and product access to scale your client franchise and manage complex wealth mandates.
What You Will Drive (Key Responsibilities)
1. Strategic Wealth Advisory & Client Acquisition
Originate and build relationships with HNI, UHNI, and Family Office clients by delivering tailored asset allocation strategies.
Conduct comprehensive financial diagnostic reviews to align client mandates with yield targets, liquidity requirements, and risk budgets.
Serve as the primary wealth strategist, offering proactive portfolio rebalancing and macro market perspectives.
2. Distribution & Product Advisory
Architect and execute wealth solutions across a multi-asset distribution stack:
Public Markets: Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and Alternate Investment Funds (AIFs - Cat I, II & III).
Fixed Income & Yield: Corporate NCDs, Sovereign Debt, High-Yield Papers, and Structured Products.
Private Markets & Alternates: Pre-IPO Equities, Venture Debt, Real Estate Funds, and Private Equity.
Protection & Estate Planning: Tax-efficient structures, Keyman/Life Protection, and Global Investment Solutions.
Partner with in-house product committees and equity research desks to structure and syndicate high-conviction deal flows.
3. Wallet Share Expansion & Portfolio Growth
Drive Net New Money (NNM) growth by identifying untapped capital pools within existing relationships.
Cross-penetrate adjacent financial solutions, including Margin Trading Facility (MTF), Loan Against Securities (LAS), and Estate Structuring.
Qualifications
Experience: 3 to 8+ years of direct experience in Private Banking, HNI Wealth Advisory, or Multi-Asset Product Distribution.
Track Record: Proven ability to acquire, manage, and scale an active HNI/UHNI client book.
Domain Mastery: In-depth knowledge of capital market dynamics, product structures, taxation, and off-market settlement mechanics.
Education & Credentials:
MBA (Finance), CA, CFA, or CFP preferred.
Mandatory: NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors).
Preferred: NISM Series XXI-A (AIF) / NISM Series X-A/X-B (Investment Adviser).
