Role Description This is a contract, on-site Full Stack Developer role based in Gurgaon. The Full Stack Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications across front-end and back-end layers, collaborating closely with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers. Responsibilities include implementing secure APIs, integrating data sources and third-party services, optimizing application performance, and ensuring code quality through reviews, documentation, and best practices. The role involves troubleshooting production issues, contributing to architecture and design discussions, and participating in agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. The developer will also help improve development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and overall engineering standards.

Role -Fullstack Developer
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 5–8 years of professional full-stack engineering, with production systems shipped to enterprise users
• Python backend depth — Python 3.12, FastAPI, Pydantic v2, SQLAlchemy and Alembic migrations (core to the
role, not a bonus skill)
• Modern frontend — React (18/19), TypeScript and Vite; building accessible, form-heavy, role-based interfaces
• Strong PostgreSQL skills: schema design, migrations, transactional integrity and concurrency control
• Test-first habits with pytest and JavaScript test runners; comfortable with CI gates, code scanning and secret
scanning
• Working fluently in GitHub: Conventional Commits, one issue per pull request, ~300-line PRs, stacked PRs and
rigorous code review
• Experience integrating with third-party REST APIs, including idempotency and retry design
• Excellent written communication in issue and PR threads; able to stop and ask rather than guess when
requirements are unclear
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Good to Have
• Rules engines, dynamic forms or configurable workflow products
• Identity and access: OIDC/SAML SSO, PingFederate, role-based access control
• Audit-grade logging and immutable data design
• Privacy, GDPR or compliance-assessment domain knowledge (DPIA/PIA, Records of Processing Activities)
• Experience with OneTrust or similar GRC platforms and their APIs
• pgvector or other vector search in PostgreSQL
• Experience in regulated industries (pharma, finance, cybersecurity) and in contract/consulting roles with fast
ramp-up
Contract Details

Candidates should possess database and data handling skills (e.g., SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB; query optimization; and data modeling).
Candidates should possess cloud and DevOps-related skills (e.g., working with AWS, Azure, or GCP; containerization with Docker; CI/CD tools; and basic infrastructure-as-code concepts).
Candidates should possess software engineering fundamentals (e.g., version control with Git, unit and integration testing, debugging, and adherence to secure coding practices).
Candidates should possess collaboration and communication skills, including effective teamwork with cross-functional stakeholders and clear technical documentation.
Relevant experience in building production-grade web applications and working in agile or iterative development environments is beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience—is preferred.
