**Lead Quality – Customer Delivery (P&C Insurance)**
**Location: Coimbatore**
**Role Summary**
We are an insurtech business dedicated solely to property and casualty insurance. As a Quality Manager within Customer Delivery, you will build and lead quality practices for client implementations on our policy administration platform. Working alongside Business Analysts, Project Managers, and configuration teams, you will help ensure insurance products, forms, workflows, and rating logic are configured correctly and delivered at a high standard. This position requires solid knowledge of structured testing approaches, process improvement, and the ability to use AI-powered tools to enhance quality and delivery efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Establish and maintain quality benchmarks, testing frameworks, and validation methods for insurance product configuration, forms, workflows, and rating logic.
- Review configured solutions against source documents, business requirements, and rating specifications to confirm accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Lead defect management efforts, including triage, root-cause analysis, trend detection, and preventive action planning.
- Promote continuous improvement across delivery processes using structured quality methods and measurable quality metrics.
- Partner with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and development teams to embed quality checkpoints throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Create and maintain quality dashboards, reporting mechanisms, and delivery scorecards that provide visibility into quality performance and improvement opportunities.
- Evaluate, adopt, and contribute to AI-enabled solutions for test case generation, test automation, defect analysis, and quality monitoring.
- Coach team members on testing best practices, insurance domain concepts, and quality-focused delivery approaches.
**Required Skills and Experience**
- 6–10 years of experience in quality assurance, quality management, business analysis, or delivery roles, with significant exposure to enterprise software implementations.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, defect management, and quality governance practices.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and validate configured solutions against expected outcomes.
- Experience designing test cases and test strategies for rule-driven or configurable systems.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and drive process improvements.
- Experience with project and delivery management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Interest in AI and automation, with the ability to evaluate and implement AI-driven quality improvements.
**Nice to Have**
- Prior experience in P&C insurance or insurtech.
- Familiarity with insurance rating logic, policy forms, underwriting workflows, and bureau-based rating content.
- Experience with policy administration systems or no-code/low-code platforms.
- Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent process improvement certification.
- Experience building quality metrics, dashboards, and operational reporting frameworks.
