Our Need
We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities in both Volume and Executive hiring.The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring timely closure of open positions.

Key Responsibilities :
Understand manpower requirements and prepare recruitment plans based on business needs
Sourcing Active and passive candidates through social networks.
Partnering with hiring managers on intake meetings to define role requirements.
Managing the end-to-end interview process & candidate evaluations.
Handling offer management, compensation negotiations, and closing candidates.
Coordinate with business stakeholders/hiring managers to understand hiring priorities.
Support onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain accurate recruitment records in ATS/HRMS.

Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment / talent acquisition.
Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
Good understanding of Boolean/X-Ray search techniques.
Strong candidate screening and assessment skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Strong follow-up and stakeholder-management skills.
Good negotiation and coordination skills.
Target-oriented and deadline-driven approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment MIS.
Qualification
Any Graduate with MBA HR equivalent qualification.
