Partner with testing leads and functional managers to align project schedules, testing activities, resource availability, and readiness criteria.
Develop portfolio-level reporting, dashboards, metrics, and insights that support leadership decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
Build trusted relationships with government stakeholders, program leadership, and cross-functional teams to align priorities, expectations, and delivery objectives.
Facilitate the resolution of cross-project dependencies, resource conflicts, and delivery challenges within established governance frameworks.
Use lessons learned, performance data, and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve project management practices and portfolio performance.
