Our work includes civil construction and renovation of primary health centres, railway infrastructure, government offices, staff quarters, student housing and other institutional projects. We undertake projects end-to-end, from site execution through to completion and handover.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in Mumbai and support the execution and supervision of our ongoing infrastructure and government projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in civil construction and site execution, with prior experience working on infrastructure, government or institutional projects.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites
Ensure execution of works as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ and project timelines
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors and project stakeholders
Monitor site progress, quality and workmanship
Review measurements, quantities and material requirements
Coordinate with consultants and client representatives as required
Identify and resolve site-level technical and execution issues
Maintain project documentation, site records and progress reports
Monitor material utilisation and minimise wastage
Ensure compliance with applicable safety and quality requirements
Support project planning, scheduling and timely completion
Travel between project sites across Maharashtra as required
Requirements
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
5+ years of relevant experience in civil construction, infrastructure or government projects
Strong hands-on experience in site execution and supervision
Good understanding of civil construction methods, drawings, BOQs and measurements
Experience coordinating contractors and subcontractors
Ability to independently manage site-level execution activities
Good communication and coordination skills
Willingness to travel between project sites across Maharashtra
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:
Government infrastructure projects
Railway projects
Public infrastructure projects
Primary Health Centres / hospitals / institutional buildings
Government offices or staff quarters
Civil renovation and refurbishment projects
Location & Travel
The position is based in Mumbai.
The candidate may be required to travel to project sites across Maharashtra depending on business requirements.
Travel and related expenses will be supported by the company as per applicable company policy.
