As Global Manager Pricing – Pricing Standardization, you will take ownership of the global standards and governance framework for pricing processes. Your role will ensure that pricing processes, templates, workflows and documentation are harmonized, transparent and consistently applied across regions.
Your tasks:
Design, develop and maintain global pricing process standards, templates, workflow blueprints and nomenclature.
Own and manage the global repository for pricing processes, standards, templates, work instructions and change logs, ensuring a reliable single source of truth.
Drive global process harmonization by coordinating regional inputs and resolving conflicts between global standards and regional or local requirements.
Define and continuously improve approval workflows, process documentation and release management standards, including governance around versioning and documentation control.
Ensure the digital enforceability of pricing processes in close cooperation with IT, including the definition of test scenarios and acceptance criteria, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Track the adoption of global standards across regions, identify deviations and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
Define RASIC structures, process ownership and regional process champions to support the rollout of global standards and maintain clear accountability for documentation, maintenance cycles and training material updates.
Cooperate closely with the Global Pricing Owner, Head of Global Pricing, Regional Pricing teams and other relevant global and regional stakeholders.
University degree in in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Process Management or a comparable field
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in pricing, market intelligence, commercial analytics, revenue management or a comparable field, preferably in a global or regional role
Strong understanding of process standardization, governance structures, workflows and documentation management.
Experience in designing or improving global or cross-regional business processes.
Strong international stakeholder management and communication skills, with professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
