Marketing & Communication - Graphic Designer

On a day-to-day basis, this role designs graphics and marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, infographics, social media creatives, and website assets aligned with brand guidelines. The Graphic Designer collaborates with marketing and business teams to translate complex clinical and supply chain concepts into clear, engaging visual narratives. Responsibilities include developing and refining branding elements, supporting marketing campaigns, optimizing graphics for various platforms, and maintaining consistency in visual communication across global markets. The role also involves managing design projects from concept through delivery, meeting deadlines, and ensuring high-quality output that supports business development and thought leadership initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics creation for digital and print media, including proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent).
Experience in Branding, with the ability to develop and maintain visual identity systems and ensure consistent brand representation across all materials.
Knowledge of Marketing and Social Media Marketing, including creating campaign assets, optimizing visuals for different platforms, and supporting content and communication strategies.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technical and clinical concepts and translate them into clear, professional visual materials.
Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and a portfolio demonstrating strong visual communication and layout skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and the ability to work independently in a remote, global environment.
