Manager Sales - Management Office/ EA

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with Sales, Retail, Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and other business teams to ensure smooth execution of business priorities.
Collect, consolidate, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly business reports from the Sales team and other departments.
Prepare MIS reports, business dashboards, presentations, and management review documents.
Track key business metrics, sales performance, and departmental KPIs.
Monitor action items from leadership meetings and ensure timely closure through regular follow-ups.
Support the Director in planning and coordinating business reviews, leadership meetings, and strategic initiatives.
Maintain trackers, meeting minutes, and documentation for business reviews.
Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas requiring management attention.
Ensure accurate and timely flow of information between leadership and business teams.
Drive accountability by coordinating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Handle confidential business information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
Continuously improve reporting formats and operational processes for greater efficiency.
