This is a permanent full-time role offering 38 hours per week, including 5 hours of paid non-contact administration time.
You’ll work Monday to Friday across our before and after school care programs:

As Coordinator, you’ll lead and support a team of Educators, help maintain a safe and high-quality service, and build positive relationships with children, families and the school community
We’re looking for someone who can confidently guide and develop a team, maintain high standards of quality and compliance, and bring structure, consistency and sound decision-making to the service. You’ll also bring fun, creativity and care into each day, ensuring children have meaningful opportunities to learn, connect and enjoy their time with us.
To succeed in this role, you’ll ideally have:
A relevant qualification in children’s services, education or a related field
Previous experience as an OSHC Coordinator, 2IC or in a similar leadership position
Alternatively, substantial experience as a Room Leader with demonstrated responsibility for leading a team
Strong knowledge of compliance, safeguarding and quality practices
The confidence to coach Educators, manage competing priorities and take ownership of service operations
This is a great opportunity for an experienced leader who is ready to use their knowledge and leadership skills to support a dedicated team and deliver a consistently high-quality OSHC program.
If you’re ready to take ownership of a rewarding service and lead a team to deliver consistently high-quality care, we’d love to hear from you.
