International Accounting Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an International Accounting Manager based in the United States.
This role will lead accounting and financial reporting activities across more than 20 international subsidiaries spanning multiple jurisdictions and currencies. You will own key international close processes, statutory reporting, audits, and relationships with external accounting providers. The position offers significant visibility across a global finance organization and the opportunity to strengthen scalable accounting operations. You will collaborate closely with Corporate Accounting, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Payroll, Legal, HR, and other teams on complex international matters. As a people leader, you will coach accounting professionals while serving as an escalation point for challenging accounting and reporting issues. You will also help drive automation, process improvements, internal controls, and finance transformation initiatives across the international organization.
