About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Cyber Security Trainer who can turn complex security concepts into practical, job-ready skills. You’ll train students in Cyber Security, Ethical Hacking, SOC, SIEM, Networking, Linux and Security Operations through real-world labs and projects.
What You’ll Do
Conduct engaging classroom and practical Cyber Security sessions.
Train students in Ethical Hacking, Network Security, Linux, Windows Security & SOC.
Teach SIEM, log analysis, threat detection, incident response and security monitoring.
Conduct hands-on labs, CTFs, vulnerability assessments, and security projects.
Design assignments, tests, practical exams and interview preparation.
Mentor students and help them become industry/job ready.
Stay updated with current cyber threats, tools and security practices.
Collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve training quality.
Must-Have Skills
Strong knowledge of Cyber Security & Ethical Hacking
Networking fundamentals — TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, VPN, Firewalls
Linux & Windows Administration
SOC concepts, SIEM & Log Analysis
Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing
Tools such as Wireshark, Nmap, Burp Suite, Metasploit, Kali Linux
Good communication skills in English & Hindi
Strong classroom presence and student-handling ability
Experience
2–6 years of practical Cyber Security experience/training preferred.
Candidates with strong industry experience and excellent practical knowledge are welcome.
