Role overview
We're looking for an IT Intern to join our Technology & Development Department and help with the daily IT needs of the business. This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their IT career to gain hands-on experience, learn from an experienced team, and build practical skills in a fast-growing international company.
What You'll Do
As an IT Intern, you'll assist with a variety of IT support and operational tasks, including:
Support employee onboarding and offboarding by preparing and recovering IT equipment.
Configure and set up laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and accessories.
Install, update, and troubleshoot operating systems and business applications.
Prepare workstations and equipment for new team members.
Maintain accurate records in the IT Asset Management system.
Track, label, inventory, and organize company IT equipment.
Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and basic networking issues.
Assist with user account setup, password resets, and access requests.
Help maintain IT documentation, procedures, and equipment records.
Support IT projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.
What We're Looking For
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and computer hardware.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
A positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
