Consulting Engineers Group Ltd. is an ISO-accredited global consultancy with offices in India, the UK, the UAE, and several African countries. With over 40 years of proven experience, we have played a key role in delivering flagship infrastructure projects across India, the CIS region, East, West, and Southern Africa, Oceania, South and Southeast Asia, and more.
Required Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

PSSA & Risk Management: Drive the Preliminary System Safety Assessment (PSSA) for the track subsystem, evaluating mainline-specific operational hazards such as rail breaks, gauge widening, track buckling, derailment risks, and dynamic track-structure interactions.
Mainline Standards & Interoperability: Ensure complete design compliance with mainline heavy-rail or high-speed regulatory frameworks and standards (e.g., UIC, AREMA, European TSIs, or national railway network codes like Network Rail/RDSO) alongside CENELEC EN 50126 RAMS requirements.
Cross-Disciplinary Safety Interfaces: Manage critical multi-disciplinary interfaces with mainline signaling (e.g., ETCS/ATC), heavy rolling stock wheel-rail interaction, and overhead line equipment (OHL), while maintaining the project Hazard Log for independent safety assessment (ISA) approvals.
