PORTIS, empresa líder en el mantenimiento de puertas automáticas y asociada al GRUPO OTIS, multinacional líder mundial del sector de la elevación, está buscando incorporar un SUPERVISOR (H/M) DE MANTENIMIENTO, REPARACIONES Y VENTA NUEVA para gestionar su actividad en LAS ISLAS CANARIAS.
Como Supervisor/a, tus funciones serán:
Liderar y coordinar al equipo técnico a cargo, realizando el seguimiento de su actividad y asegurando una adecuada planificación y distribución de los trabajos.
Gestionar y coordinar la operativa de mantenimiento, reparaciones y montaje/venta nueva de puertas automáticas.
Planificar los recursos necesarios para la ejecución de los trabajos, incluyendo la coordinación y gestión de materiales y otras necesidades operativas.
Realizar el seguimiento de los trabajos y montajes, proporcionando soporte y acompañamiento al equipo cuando sea necesario.
Responsabilizarse de la comunicación interna del equipo, preparando y liderando reuniones periódicas.
Velar por el cumplimiento de los procedimientos y estándares de seguridad, promoviendo una cultura preventiva dentro del equipo.
Coordinar la actividad entre las diferentes islas, adaptándose a las necesidades y prioridades de una operativa dinámica y con distintas líneas de actividad.
Para tener éxito en este puesto, necesitamos:
FORMACIÓN: Valorable formación técnica relacionada con mantenimiento, instalaciones, electricidad, electrónica, mecánica o similar.
Se proporcionará formación específica para seguir desarrollando los conocimientos técnicos necesarios para la posición.
EXPERIENCIA:
Al menos 2 años de experiencia liderando o coordinando equipos.
Se valorará experiencia en entornos técnicos, industriales, de mantenimiento, instalaciones u operaciones.
OFIMÁTICA: Nivel medio/alto de Microsoft Office 365.
IDIOMAS: Se valorará conocimiento de inglés u otros idiomas adicionales.
OTROS:
Imprescindible carné de conducir B en vigor.
Disponibilidad para viajar entre las diferentes islas, requisito indispensable para el puesto.
