Key Responsibilities:
Support daily banking, remittance matching, Xero receipting, and bank reconciliations.
Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, overdue follow-ups, client queries, and debtor reconciliations.
Prepare invoices, progress claims, quotes, and client billing submissions.
Validate timesheets and payroll inputs, investigate discrepancies, and complete pre-processing checks.
Maintain accurate finance, contractor, and workforce records, while supporting month-end, reconciliations, trackers, and reporting activities.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, accounts receivable, payroll administration, or a similar role.
Strong experience in high-volume reconciliations, receipt matching, financial record maintenance, and transactional processing.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and accounting/payroll systems; Xero experience is advantageous.
Experience supporting Australian client, and recruitment or labour-hire businesses is highly regarded.
Willing to work full-time onsite in Arcovia, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City, Monday to Friday, morning shift.
