Direct customer interactions:
Welcomes and assist the customers in a friendly, professional and Miele like manner
Provides detailed product information, active product demonstrations and recommendations
Processes sales transactions and handles payment
Takes care of stock incl. replenishment
Handles customer complaints and returns
Stays up to date on product knowledge and current promotions
Makes sure to reach own budget.
Takes care of successful event execution together with Store Manager and the rest of the team
Helps to ensure that Miele store always appears clean, neat and up-to-date.
Follows the campaigns and guidelines published by own retail.
Others
Has an interest in sales and events around the products.
Supports other departments in Miele to promote sales in Own Retail, and Miele in general
Is at member of the team in reaching the budget
