KYC & Verification Specialist

About the Role
We are hiring KYC & Verification Specialists for our client, a technology-driven background verification organisation.
The role involves processing verification requests, validating candidate information, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely completion of assigned cases.
Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate data entry and document verification.
Process CRC and PCC verification requests.
Review Aadhaar, PAN, Driving Licence and supporting documents.
Identify discrepancies and escalate exceptions.
Update verification records and case statuses.
Maintain high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
Meet daily productivity and turnaround-time targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve pending cases.
Requirements
Graduate or undergraduate candidates may apply.
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.
Basic computer skills and MS Excel knowledge.
Good attention to detail and communication skills.
Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
Must be willing to work from the Bengaluru office.
