Job Title: PLC Programmer
Industry: Leading Manufacturing Company
Location: Ravki, Rajkot (Gujarat)
Position: PLC Programmer
Experience: 1+ Years
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Salary: 3.0 LPA + (Based on Experience)
Job Timing: 8:45 AM 6:15 PM
Weekly Off: Wednesday
Job Responsibilities
Develop and program PLC systems as per project requirements and customer specifications.
Design, develop and modify HMI screens for smooth operator interaction.
Integrate sensors, actuators and other electrical/automation hardware with control systems.
Develop and troubleshoot PLC programs using Ladder Logic, Structured Text and Function Block programming.
Handle PLC programming, testing, troubleshooting and commissioning activities.
Prepare and maintain electrical documentation, including Electrical Diagrams, SLDs and Wiring Diagrams.
Maintain PLC programs, technical documentation and operating manuals.
Coordinate with the engineering and production teams to ensure smooth functioning of automation systems.
Key Skills
Strong knowledge of FUJI PLC Programming
Strong knowledge of Siemens PLC Programming
PLC troubleshooting and commissioning
HMI programming and configuration
Electrical control systems
Sensors Actuators integration
Electrical Drawings / SLD / Wiring Diagrams
