Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kerala
Experience: 5+ Years
Must have skills: Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, Amazon Q (Preferrable), Strong AWS, contact-center fundamentals, Any CRM tools
3+yrs Amazon Connect in production.
Strong AWS skills: Lambda (Python or Node.js), IAM, S3, DynamoDB, Kinesis, API Gateway, CloudWatch, Amazon Lex CRM, Amazon Q in Connect
Contact-Center Fundamentals: IVR, ACD, queueing, telephony / SIP, call recording
