Job Description:
6+ years of Handson programming experience in an object-oriented language
Proven, production level Python development experience
4+ years of strong expertise in Hadoop, Apache Spark/ PySpark, building scalable distributed data processing pipelines for large-scale batch and streaming datasets
4+ years of strong hands-on experience with Hadoop ecosystem tools including HDFS and Hive
4+ years of experience as a senior developer supporting front office applications within banking or financial services
4+ years of experience as a quantitative researcher and/or developer, with the ability to analyze complex domain specific data
4+ years of experience in REST services, ReactJS, or full stack application development
Strong experience with both Object Databases and Relational Databases
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), version control, and CI/CD practices
