Senior Delivery Engineer
Salary: £65k per annum
Working pattern: Remote
We’re working with an large organisation that is looking for a Senior Delivery Engineer to join a growing technical team, working on the delivery of infrastructure, migration and cloud transformation projects.
Responsibilities
Delivering infrastructure, migration and cloud projects for customers.
Building and migrating VMware and Microsoft environments.
Working across VMware, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Azure.
Supporting technical discovery, implementation, testing, migration and go-live.
Troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues and acting as a technical escalation point.
Producing technical documentation, migration plans and handover material.
Working closely with project managers, architects and engineering teams.
Supporting automation and Infrastructure as Code initiatives.
Skills
Strong commercial experience in infrastructure engineering and project delivery.
Solid VMware experience across vSphere, ESXi and vCenter.
Strong Microsoft infrastructure knowledge, including Windows Server and Active Directory.
Practical Azure / hybrid cloud experience.
Experience delivering migrations, upgrades or infrastructure transformation projects.
Comfortable working directly with customers and taking ownership of technical deliverables.
Experience with PowerShell, PowerCLI, Terraform or Bicep would be advantageous.
