Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the planning and execution of development tasks to ensure timely delivery of software components.
Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
Strong expertise in designing data models and developing data warehousing solutions using SAP BW/4HANA.
Experience in optimizing data flows and enhancing system performance within SAP environments.
Ability to work with complex data structures and integrate data from multiple sources.
Familiarity with agile software development practices and tools to support iterative delivery.
Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to data modeling and development.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
