About the Opportunity:
The SENIOR TECHNICAL PRODUCT MANAGER leads the strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise software platforms and scalable AI-powered solutions. This role collaborates with engineering, architecture, data, and business teams to develop intelligent capabilities and automated workflows that address complex challenges, drive operational improvements, and support innovative healthcare technologies.
Responsibilities:
Define and drive technical product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise and AI-based solutions
Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions emphasizing responsible AI use
Use enterprise AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and improve product development processes
Evaluate emerging trends and technologies for solution design and innovation
Translate business goals into technical specs, architecture requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Manage and prioritize product backlogs balancing features, integrations, technical debt, and reliability
Lead sprint planning, release cycles, and technical execution with engineering and cross-functional teams
Monitor product performance and system KPIs to guide continuous optimization
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years experience in technical product management, product ownership, or software platform engineering
Minimum 2 years experience authoring technical specifications, user stories, and architecture requirements
Minimum 2 years experience with AI/ML systems, automated workflows, intelligent integrations, or data-driven solutions
Minimum 2 years experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Salary range: $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment
