Job Description – Business Analyst + Digital Transformation + Conversational Banking
Strong Business Analysis experience with proven expertise in Retail Banking and Digital Transformation.
Hands-on experience as a Transformation BA, leading or supporting large-scale change initiatives across digital customer journeys.
Exposure to Conversational Banking, Sales, and Servicing journeys is preferred.
Ability to gather and refine requirements, author user stories, and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Product Owners, Tech, and Operations.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments, using tools like Jira and Confluence.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams.
Prior experience with global banking clients will be advantageous.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
