SUMMARY
Sells products and services (via telephone, web or e-mail) to specified customer segments or partners and is responsible for ensuring a positive customer/partner experience. Has ownership of own quota.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Functions as the overall account manager including leading all sales, partnering with the channel or other internal sales partners in both strategy and execution
Responsible to drive inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web interface to focus on maintaining and expanding business
Maintain good business relationships with customers to conduct needs analysis, relay product information, and provide technical specifications and quotations
May focus on new account development and/or expanding existing accounts
