We are expanding our International Business Partner Network and are looking for entrepreneurial, well-connected professionals in Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC.
The idea is simple:
You identify companies within your network with genuine hiring needs and introduce us to the relevant decision-makers.
We take it from there.
MatchMaker No.1 handles the entire search and recruitment process — from understanding the mandate and identifying candidates to shortlisting and supporting the placement.
For successful assignments generated through your introductions, you receive 50% of the Net Search Revenue. You also receive 50% of further successful search assignments from the same introduced client for 18 months.
You open the door. We do the search. We share the success.
Who we’re looking for:
This could be interesting if you are an entrepreneur, consultant, executive, Sales/Business Development, HR, recruitment, or real estate professional — or simply someone with strong business relationships and access to decision-makers.
This is not a salaried employment position.
It is an independent, success-based partnership you can develop alongside your existing career or business.
No fixed working hours, no office or special equipment required, no financial investment, and no minimum level of activity. You decide when, where, and how actively you want to participate.
You don’t need to become a recruiter. You don’t source candidates or manage the recruitment process.
