Senior Acount Director

Role Description The Senior Account Director is a part-time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. This role oversees key client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring high-quality, tailored coaching services are delivered on time and within scope. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client relationships, coordinating coaching programs and projects, tracking client outcomes, and identifying opportunities to expand services. The Senior Account Director will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align account plans with business goals, support sales initiatives, and contribute to strategic growth. The role also involves guiding small teams and helping refine processes that enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong account management skills, including client relationship building, retention, and growth.
Demonstrated team management and team leadership abilities to guide and support small, high-performing teams.
Proven sales experience, with the ability to identify opportunities, present solutions, and close agreements.
Solid project management capabilities, including planning, prioritization, and coordination of multiple client engagements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders and diverse stakeholders.
Experience in professional services, coaching, consulting, or related fields; familiarity with leadership development or public speaking coaching is an advantage.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing on-site client meetings in Abu Dhabi Emirate and remote collaboration.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
